Authorized Consultants

Counting Opinions works closely with Customer Satisfaction, Staff Development and Planning Specialists.  As Authorized Consultants, you are assured that you will derive optimal benefits from the insights available in the wealth of data available in our solutions. 

This designation is granted to Consultants who have specific expertise in:

1. The formulation of valid questionnaires and/or KPIs;
2. The interpretation of results, and;
3. The formulation and implementation of strategies and programs designed to add value in a library setting.

Authorized consultants are committed to full confidentiality and are granted access to the data for analysis and reporting as per the Terms of Reference of their assignment.

Use of an Authorized Consultancy is an option available to those library systems who:

1. Want to improve their success rate, and;
2. May lack the internal resources to take full advantage of our offerings, and/or;
3. Would benefit from an outside perspective, services and programs to optimize their outcomes.

Custom Solutions

Counting Opinions provides consulting services to assist with the development, deployment, promotion and data analysis of qualitative survey instruments and quantitative data management solutions.

Marketing Support

Counting Opinions provides subscribers with comprehensive marketing support materials (e.g., print and electronic templates, graphics, articles, etc.) designed to promote participation in the survey process.  As an example, our "Your Opinion Counts" awareness campaign is designed to simplify the process for building awareness.
